I had the worst customer service experience ever. Ms. Allison is very rude and disrespectful. I ordered custom orthotics last year. I came in to pick them up , but was given the wrong ones Ms.Doty. I still don’t have my custom orthotics 2/6/2023.I hate this place.
They were class acts I got a blessing of a life time!!! Now that I have my brace I walk great .. 2012 I suffered two strokes that caused me to walk with a slight foot drop!! But now I have confidence and not embarrassed when I walk!!!! Thank you Biotech Limb Family!!!!
I use biotech for my daughters AFOs and custom shoe for 3 years. We go almost every 6 months which is convenient because it is next to childrens hospital which is where all her other appointments are located. The quality of their products are great but the service isn’t the best. I call before arriving to each appointment to make sure all of the products are ready but EVERY appointment there is something not finished which results in having to make a second appointments to pick up remaining items. I am currently waiting on shoes that I was told could be done at our therapy appointment 1.5 hour it’s been Over a week and I was told they will let me know when they are complete and I may have to make an appointment. Right before school. It has just become an inconvenience using them . I understand if it was one or two incidents but not this many times. 02/13/2023 update Today we went for the 6 months new braces and shoes . Guess what I called to make sure before her and her dad drove that hour and half . The shoes were not ordered. Every time. So I really have to find another place to service my daughter cause they never get her order right. At this point I take it they prefer not to service everyone.
I have waited a long time to post about my prosthetic company because I wanted to be able to give a clear and concise opinion. I have been going here for over a year now. They are very knowledgeable and excited about prosthetics and their patients. This office has the most up to date prosthetic equipment and options. I have been to two other facilities and they were friendly and mostly helpful but now seem very outdated compared to my experiences at BioTech. The team of prosthetists at this location are unbeatable. If Eric is not available you can see Mark, Daniel or Hans and you still get the same great service. The office staff is awesome. They remember me each visit and that makes them feel like friends or even family. The office manager was helpful and super knowledgeable with regards to my insurance as well as making payment arrangements for me to pay my copay. That made it easier for me to get the best leg possible. One of the other facility did not make me pay my portion and honestly I would rather pay and walk my best than not pay and stumble and hurt through day to day activities.
I became an amputee as a result of a motorcycle accident in 2013. To say I was clueless on prosthetics would be an understatement. Eric and crew have delivered the same message since day one "live your life". Thank you Eric and crew for always providing me with solutions to allow me to live my life without limitations! I highly recommend giving the Bio Tech team a call for all your needs. I recently ordered a new leg with a hydraulic ankle and it's amazing. It makes walking up and down any incline a BREEZE! I previously had an adjustable ankle which allowed me to wear different heel height shoes but did require adjustment. With my new leg, NO adjustment! It's awesome!
They were extremely friendly and helpful from start to finish. We felt very comfortable with Eric Eisenberg’s knowledge and willingness to explain the process we have to go through. Also, my daughter’s brace immediately began to correct her back problem. I’d recommend this business to anyone that needs assistance with improving their quality of life.
We absolutely love BioTech! My son received his first prosthesis from them when he was 14 months old. It was unfamiliar territory and a scary time for us as parents but all of the guys at BioTech did a great job walking us through the process, making sure we were comfortable and well informed. After just a few months of having his prosthesis, my son was running through the ramped rooms like he was auditioning for American Ninja Warrior We love BioTech so much that we’ve even traveled back to Birmingham for prosthetic needs after we moved out of state. I highly recommend this company!! They treat their patients well and are extremely knowledgeable.
My son is 11yrs old and has had braces since he was 6 months old. We have tried several companies over the years and most have been the kind where the kid gets casted and they send them off to be made. If there is a mistake or issue you have to ship them back to get fixed. Our therapist began using BioTech and they make everything in house. At first I was nervous about this because I have seen other parents post pictures of their kid's braces that were made in house, they looked terrible My son just got his new braces today. It is the best fit he has had in many years, if not ever. Eric the owner, went above and beyond for us today. He was kind and quick. The AFO' look polished and finished. They fit him like a glove and have all the right padding for his comfort. They thought of his comfort in every part of the brace. My son loves the space theme and I love the quality!! We live in Huntsville and these folks are work the drive. I highly recommend
My son has been a patience at Biotech his entire life 10 years. The staff there is awesome and so very accommodating. We live over 2 hours away and they always schedule to meet our needs. Everyone is so nice and helpful. We generally see Bill and his knowledge of braces is top notch. Biotech has made by son's quality of life so much better. I am glad they are there!
I’m disabled customer that has reached out to office on September 9 to cancel a knee brace order that my insurance denied. I additionally reached out September 23, October 8 and November 10 concerning a refund status. I was informed that the president of the company was out of town by the assume account manager. I can’t give names the staff does not release name of person they transfer you to and they don’t volunteer. I was affirmed informed he is the only person that can sign checks. The account manager attitude is very unsympathetic concerning my matter and that it had been over 60 days. All I want is my refund returned in a timely manner. There business ethics and customer service is horrible and I will make sure I share with others to be cautious when using or referring people to them.
