The restaurant/stall is located within a Whole Foods grocery store, which made it a little difficult to find and pretty crowded. You can order the food on a tablet, wait for the number to show up on a screen, and then pick up your food from a little cubby near the front counter. The chicken sandwiches were great, and surprisingly the salad was also delicous! The spicy Nashville chicken can actually get really spicy which I really enjoyed.

Not only the best tasting chicken sandwich I have had but great priced beers. If you are looking for a place to go after work that isn’t to “cool” this is a real modern pub located within Whole Foods. Plenty of regulars can be found here.

With all of the fried chicken restaurants within a few blocks, this Birdcall is definitely the best. Not only in quality of food and ingredients but in fast friendly service as well. For reference I work at a fried chicken restaurant nearby and i am always seeing people I work with eat Birdcall instead of our food. Ha go figure! Oh did I mention the prices, fair prices on food and beer. Much better experience compared to nearby competitors. 10/10 would recommend.

This location is the best. Jessie has been working here for years and despite a lot of other staff turnover, she always greets me by name, takes phenomenal care of the customer and has a smile even when she's handling 40 different tasks from pouring beers, cooking food or being the person to deal with an a-hole customer being rude to a new employee. This location is right by my house so I've been coming for years and it's always fresh and consistent.... but i have not had the same experience at other locations like DU where food has been poor and bread stale. Never at this one though. I repeat places because of good staff and Jessie is there like 7 days a week and makes you feel at home, despite being in whole paycheck.

Patrick is fabulous and the entire team at bird call at union station, Jessica is so well experienced manager and she execute her customer service extremely highly professional. Team of employees is vibrant of mix cultures and it shows diversity. Food is excellent given its structure and very affordable. This location serves full bar and you can buy wine to go ! How amazing. Location is well oriented and tacked inside whole foods store . I enjoy dining here and recommend this place.

From the innovative self service model to the consistently good quality food, Birdcall offers a great all-around local Colorado dining experience. Until the next time!

One of the best chicken sandwiches I've ever had. Really good ranch. I did not like the house IPA though.

What the hell are they even doing here? Their restaurant model is downright dystopian. You will not be acknowledged by the staff. Go straight to the ordering terminal and wait. Do you just want to get something quick like fries or a drink? Think again. Your order will not be started until every order before you is done. I watched them cook and bag several orders of fries to go with larger orders before my solo order. Real efficient… whoever designed this has never worked in a restaurant of any kind.

Great food and atmosphere, and the staff was very friendly. If you're ever in the mood for chicken and you're in the area, you should definitely stop here. The whole family loved it!
