Just had a root canal and the entire staff from Desiree to Jessica to Dr. John were fantastic. I swear it's easier than a cavity. Positive energy as soon as you walk in the door. Cannot say enough nice things. 3 months later I had a twinge in the same area and they did a recheck of my tooth without charging for the visit. Luckily it was from stress, and not flossing enough. John gave me two prescriptions some good advice, and a smile. He and Jessica make going to the dentist a pleasurable experience. Highly recommend because they continue to care about you even after the root canal is completed and paid for.

Tbh, I hate going to the dentist. So when I found out I had to go to an endodontist I was terrified. But this was a very pleasant experience considering I had to get a root canal! The doc and assistant were so kind and patient with me! Even shared some laughs!

What a great group of professionals. Kind and compassionate. Although my situation had advanced to a point the tooth and jawbone needed oral surgery, Dr. Cabrera and his staff treated me like a valued patient and help set up a referral for my needs. Thank you all.

Amazing doctor and amazing staff in the back. Dr. Carrara does need to fix his business side of his business. We paid a bill and January and continually called and we’re told yes we see the payment and then receive intent to sent to collections. Even after calling again nobody can be bothered to call us back and proof from the bank we paid the invoice 3 months ago. Very frustrating especially with such a 5 star doctor!

I’ve had some pretty harsh and ultimately cruel interactions with dentists and endodontists in the past. I now have a wonderful dentist @ Grants Mill Family Dentistry and she recommended I call Birmingham Endodontics. Reluctantly I finally called. Best decision EVER!!! The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and the hygienist Jessica is an Angel- she numbed my mouth up beautifully. Thank you so much Dr. John, and your great staff, for helping me through this very un-fun experience! I can’t say it was fun- but I can say you did an incredible job!!! I’ll post pictures next time I’m in their very cute, super clean, offices!!!

Dr Caprara did an amazing job with my root canal. Talked me thru the whole process, no surprises, very thorough and very little discomfort. The Assistant was great as well as the office Staff.

I was treated by Dr. Caprara and his team had the most wonderful experience! This is as closest I've ever been to experiencing painless dentistry. The entire team was so welcoming, and Dr. Caprara has great chairside manners. He and his team were extremely efficient and thorough and he kept me informed of his progress throughout the entire procedure. Would definitely recommend!

My sister went in to get a root canal and the dentist walked out talking to someone saying he wasn't going to because she wouldn't shake his hand. Rude! Couldn't even walk away from the patient to not hear. Waste of time would not go here if they expect you to shake their hand with no gloves on nothing to protect you from getting sick. Assistant was really nice though.

If you’re ever in the market for a root canal, this is your place! I’ve always heard the old saying, I’d rather have a root canal. I just had my 1st by Dr Caprara. I never could’ve imagined that it wouldn’t be a bad experience. All I can say is that Dr Caprara and his staff are the nicest, kindest and best that I could imagine exist. Procedure was fast and painless from start to finish. 4 days out now and still now pain. They even called the next day to check on me. I hope that I never need another but, if I do it will be back to Dr Caprara and staff! Thanks again Birmingham Endodontics.

Dr Caprara is the best and sadly I have needed him several times in the last year. He updates you on what he is doing in real time and consistently checks with you to make sure you are comfortable. He is also great about discussing any medicines and the aftercare he prescribes/recommends to you.
