Birmingham Wholesale Furniture

When we first visited a month ago, we were greeted by Martha & she was wonderful. She let us look & we had to come back with My Mom for approval We found Martha when we were ready to purchase & she is just adorable & so kind & generous & had a great repore’ with her. She had an Uncle named Louie & James is called “Louie” so brought back good memories for her. James has bought furniture there when he was younger & said, this is where you shop for good furniture that last a lifetime if you want it too… and he usually does. We loved our experience & hopefully will be back.

I love this place! The service is ALWAYS FRIENDLY! The showroom is so amazing! I can't find a word to express the immaculate furniture and decor throughout the showroom! My salesperson Sharon makes my shopping experience easy! I've been a customer for years!

I gave them a 2 star because I saw several items that I really like and probably would have returned back to purchase but the customer service was a Zero!! I spent around 5000.00 cash but I guess it wasn't enough to do a follow up call to me to ask how I was enjoying my purchase or how they could help in the future. "ALL" customers love 1st class service & SHOULD BE TREATED AS A RETURNING CUSTOMER NO MATTER WHO THEY ARE AND HOW MUCH THEY SPEND. Mrs. Regina Williams

The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. This store has a great assortment of styles. The physical location has multiple pick up docks for easy loading if you choose not to have your new purchases delivered.

Some so called worker escorted my mother and dad back out the door before showing them anything. She told them they had nothing they would want. She made them feel like second class citizens. I was told years ago about this store. To bad she looked down nose at them.

Have.ordered a leather sofa and the sales person was very helpful. Will have to wait for 6 months and hopefully the same good service will continue with the delivery process.
