Bishops Cuts/Color

I got keratin treatment done 6 days ago. I did all the precautions as suggested. I bought shampoo and conditioner as they suggested. Washed my hair after 3 days. This review is overdue so it’ll be a longer one. To start, I looooove getting my hair done here at Bishops! The atmosphere is so welcoming and everyone is so nice. I’ve been coming to see Arynn since 2022 and they always do a phenomenal job! They have completely transformed my hair from the starting point which was a long grow out and some crispy ends. Arynn is a true hair wizard! I felt so comfortable with Arynn because the health of my hair was and still is made a top priority. I really appreciate how they’ve taken care of my hair with all the bleaching and fun colors we’ve done over the years! Arynn is also always willing to listen to concerns, make sure you’re on the same page with expectations, and fix/adjust things that are within reason. I trust the process every time and always leave each session feeling so stylish and confident. I could go on and on about how talented and knowledgeable they are. 100000/10 recommend coming here and booking with Arynn, especially for all your creative & vivid needs! :

This review is long overdue. I’ve been going to Bishops Campbell now for a couple of years and I’ve had the pleasure of having my hair done by several different hairstylist that work here. I’ve been so happy with the results every single time, you really can’t go wrong with booking any of the stylists. The last few times I’ve gone, I’ve specifically booked Candice because I feel like her technique makes my highlights look very natural and is exactly what I’m looking for each time. She always seems to understand my vision and will offer suggestions to get me to my goal hair, even if that’s not exactly what I booked. She’s also super friendly and easy to chat with! Something else that I really love about this place is the vibe and management style. It really feels like the manager is keeping an eye on every customer and making sure that everyone walks out the door happy. Overall, this is just the most welcoming salon I’ve ever been to. Everyone here does a really good job making you feel comfortable from the second you walk in the door. 10/10 would recommend this place to anyone!

My hairstylist canceled my appointment at the last minute, and I have to attend a wedding tomorrow. So I got on Google, found Bishop Campbell, and got an appointment with Candice. She gave me the best Bob haircut as I expected. I’m so grateful for the service.

I really appreciate the before appointment interactions and care the team gave to make sure that my appointment was with the right person. When I arrived, the crew greeting me was great and Lulu was fantastic! She nailed it. Was very personable, great to interact with and I look forward to going back to see her again. I've been here twice, and both times, the service was immaculate, and my cut turned out great! Bishops is a great option if you're not wanting to spend what the other salons nearby ask, but you don't want to go to Great Clips or another chain. The staff is incredibly nice, the atmosphere isn't overwhelming, and they all do such an incredible job. I'll definitely be back

Candice was absolutely wonderful. She took the time to fully listen to what I was after and took a conservative approach. I got exactly what I wanted. I’ve been trying to find someone who can cut hair that is thin to add slight layers without losing too much. She was spot on. The shop is beautiful and the location is awesome. 100% HAPPY!

I recently visited Jaclyn at Bishops Campbell after seeing her instagram page. First of all, the salon’s atmosphere was so inviting. As soon as you come in you are greeted with a smile and the best music playlist ever! Everyone working there was so chill and focused on their craft, it was great watching them work their magic. I got highlights done by Jaclyn, and I couldn't be happier! The blend of colors added gorgeous dimension to my hair. The process was seamless, and the results were beyond my expectations! I highly recommend her services! Jaclyn’s attention to detail and creative flair left me feeling amazing, I left looking and feeling like a whole new person. I got exactly what I asked for and I cannot stop looking in the mirror. Can’t wait to book my next appointment!

I normally don't get my haircut as I've been doing it myself for many years. I wanted to try and save up some money to get a professional haircut. When I got there I was really excited and the staff there was nice however my haircut came out horrible. I asked for a V cut with long layers. As you can see by the two photos I have attached how uneven the V it. The point/tip of the V is done poorly, very uneven and it looks and feels very choppy as you can see in the photo. I paid 70 bucks for my hair to look this bad. I emailed them for a refund yet I haven't gotten a response yet. This is why I don't trust anyone to cut my hair. I do not recommend this place for people with thick hair or any haircuts in general. I usually don't write reviews but I am just very disappointed how this turned out. I will update this if anything changes. update 7/7/2024 : We emailed back and forth and agreed to a 50% refund. The shop manager and customer service was well Requested style: V cut with long layers

I went to Arynn and she did a great job on my hair! I explained my preferred haircut and she was able to fix a previous haircut that was pretty uneven. I loved it, and it worked both with my curly hair or when my hair was straightened. I have a lot of hair so it can be tricky to find a hairstylist who knows how to cut it well but Arynn is very experienced. One thing to note with Bishop's unique booking style - make sure you communicate clearly with your hairstylist what you booked, the time length, and if you need any additional services. Arynn was able to help me add a wash to my haircut I had assumed it was included.
