Johnny and Joel at South Broadway Instant Imprints printed a memorial of my daughters best friend, who left us a year earlier,on a hoodie I got for my daughters birthay. I contacted them Thursday night, right after they had closed, left a message and figured they'd call back the next day. A minute later I got a call back from Johnny saying he would do the hoodie, even on such short notice. He wasn't lying. I took the first hoodie down to him and found out it was the wrong material. Johnny and Joel put their hearts into making it work. This was on Friday night. Later that night I found the hoodie I was originally looking for, took it to Johnny Monday morning, with an edit to the design, and he said he'd have it ready Tuesday afternoon. I thought that would be perfect because her birthay was Wednesday. He had it ready Tuesday morning! This made my daughter so emotional but yet happily surprised. Johnny and Joel, you guys don't even know how happy you helped make this girl. The only problem, she's too scared to wear it for the sake of ruining it. I told her to go ahead and wear it, I know where to get a new one if something happens. Bless you guys for doing this in such short notice! You're awesome!!!

Do not recommend working with this company. They are very overpriced comparatively to other companies. Do your research, I got quoted 50% more from these guys for the same work by someone else. Very unprofessional. Biggest issue is lack of communication and professionalism. I had to call multiple times and still didn't get answers. All I advise to anyone is do your research, this is the last company on my list to work with.

I came back as a business owner after about a year to purchase many items needed for my company. I had a great experience last year!! However, there is a new employee and claims to be the only employee and it has been a disaster! Unprofessional, charging for his “time” that was never agreed to, nor discussed and highly confrontational to “get his money”. I am not sure the owner of this business is aware of this, unfortunately I would recommend taking your business needs to a company you can work with on a regular bases for timely, cost effective, productive, and usable marketing material. So sad to see a business relationship change so drastically from employee to employee.

We have been using Epic Print for all of our printing needs for some time even prior to the name change!, The customer service is perfect. They will get anything out to you as fast as possible, and at a reasonable price. We have used them for vehicle graphics, business cards, brochures, direct mail campaigns and on and on. They have even called me when the materials I provided were not up to snuff, saving me time, money, and no small amount of embarrassment. If you need any kind of promo material, call these folks. They are the best.

Instant Imprints is a small shop with a lot of capabilities. Really great for small runs of apparel, signage, business cards and more. Small local businesses like mine can trust this place for getting the marketing products they need to promote

They pay attention and listen to everything you say, so no matter what the size of your project... rest assured you will be taken care of. From business cards, to promotional material... they are the top of the line when it comes to printing and designs. Highly recommended!
