Very disappointed that you are not able to purchase additional contact lenses over the phone ... even if you have a valid script on file ... and you have a BJ's credit card!! Many times there is no one available at the Optical Shop when you are shopping. I do not consider this to be good customer service.
Dr. Irwin is the most thorough eye doctor I have ever had who takes the time for her patients. She gave me 5 different contact lenses to test out daily and monthly types which made it so easy to decide what works best for me. Good price too if you don't have insurance.
