If y’all didn’t know BJ’s can make/ design anything. Don’t be scared to customize your cakes look at these for example. I have been going to Them for many years to make cakes. I buy cakes for everybody lol. You of course add your own decorations to the cake so it could look more creative.

Management is clearly lacking. There’s hardly any associate on the floor. Cashiers at customer service are the nastiest ones. Move extremely slow on purpose. Literally no sense of urgency and it shows. Rolling their eyes/ body language baffles me. If you don’t want a job give it to someone who actually like working with people. I hate going here but I only go cause they are the only store that carry what I need at a decent price. Don’t think management is going to help cause they feel as though they own the store personally. CALL CORPORATE THEY WILL STRAIGHTEN THEM OUT!

Beware of curbside pickup!!!!! I placed an order for curbside pickup, and headed to Bjs Canarsie since i received a text saying items were ready . The employee comes out with completely different items , tells me if I wanted the wrong items instead , to which I said absolutely no, that’s not the item I ordered. The employee assures me order will then be cancelled which it wasn’t I already had a bad feeling so I went to customer service to cancel order. Had I left without going to customer service , my order would of never been cancelled. This was a total was of time , and clearly could feel this BJ’s in particular doesn’t not care about providing proper customer service. Avoid at all costs.

It's convenient yes however they're selling items with same day expiration dates I brought it up to the "manager" he say of I'm not on nights they're the ones that out out products! I was perplexed, like sir that's not okay. So basically I have to drive to gateway or Costco to get fresh groceries.

Yuli was very professional in renewing two membership cards for me and my family. Yuli was clear, quick and her spanish is excellent. She is respectful and I was able to receive my cards without any issue. Thank you for your great customer service. This Bjs location is alright. There is no plastic bags for my meat items. The people who get on the "15 items or less self check out" ends up skipping the people on the regular and self check out lines while the employees watching the lines doesn't do anything about it. This location always have parking, sometimes they provide the book with coupons and during peak hours the wait time is about 15 minutes or more. You don't always find all the items on the coupon book, but when you do, the items are most likely about to expire.

Customer service suck big time!!! The store opens at 8am I called 8:05/8:10 and no one is picking up the phone. When you get to the store there's barely any workers on the floor so whenever you need help you have to fend for yourself.

In terms of savings, you can't beat BJ's prices and quality when comparing it to bodegas or your local supermarket. However, today I notice a new BJ's and granted I've been shopping here for a while now. The employees are more engaging. I was taken back when I was greeted and ask if I found what I was looking for or am I looking for something specific. I thought the BJ's employee was talking to someone else, so I had to look around. This is a wonderful change of experience. I gave three star because there are located on the lower mezzanine, and the elevators were out so if you need wheelchair accessible call customer service ahead of time to ensure the elevators are working.

Aisles were quite clean and well organized. Freshly baked goods and friendly cashiers. Very cheap prices too.

I purchased a number of items for Curb side pick up, the efficiency with which the order was ready for pickup was remarkable however upon getting to my house there was a mistake. I ordered two containers of red seedless grapes, I received I container of green grapes. I have trying to reach them by phone to correct the error and in both times to date the phone rang in excess of 7 minutes without someone picking up the phone

BJs is your one stop shop for everything you need for the family, household, party, event etc. Everything is packed in bulk so buy knowing that any perishables have to be consumed quickly. Hands down BJs is for the big family, the event, bbq, party you might he having where you need to buy in bulk for prep. They have a bakery as well, ready to go cakes that you can get a name added to for no extra cost. They do also have their own branded items as well at lower prices so keep an eye for that as well. If you aren't a fan of waiting in long crazy lines, try to visit middle of the week and not on the weekends.
