I really wish I could write a better review bc I know business is hard but I am really disappointed in BKNY. My carhartt sweatshirts which I purchased were printed incorrectly even after several emails and approvals. They ask to be paid in full before printing so now I'm stuck with $800 worth of mediocre sweatshirts. I try to be understanding as a fellow business owner but this really sucks. All I can say is don't get your work done here.

I thought about not reviewing, but BKNY Printing did such a terrible job in every aspect... First and foremost - the workmanship on the printing of the shirts were horrible. I had to ask about the bleeding corners of my graphic, and after two staff members consulting, the employee came back to me and told me next time it won't happen. Second, I received an email the day before going to pick up my shirts that they are ready to be picked up. I get there the next morning and am told to wait 20 minutes because they are not done... On top of it all, I asked for the graphics to be printed on the USA made variant of the shirt I wanted, and I ultimately ended up with a completely different shirt. They straight up lied about the shirt being the USA made variant at least twice. Do yourself a favor and run for ANY OTHER print service available - it will be better than this one.
