Made three trips to this store... first time staff wasn’t available to fit, second time they couldn’t find out if insurance would cover items, third time they lost our information. After 20 minutes watching one person look (three “working”) we suggested they create new paperwork. Great idea! Now they were able to at least fit the device. Salesperson apologized that person who started paperwork is on vacation and they didn’t know where they put it. HIPA? Phone calls always unanswered. Never return calls when they say they will. Find another supplier if you can.

I am from PA. I have arthritis in my knees. We were vacationing in Maine for a week. I searched lots of places to rent a mobility scooter and finally found Black Bear Medical in Bangor, ME. They are the only place I found that rented them. They were very friendly, also very busy but took time to be sure we understood how to run the scooters. Thank you so much. Having the scooter gave me the ability to enjoy more of my vacation. Only thing I wish is they were open Sat. Or Sun. For the return day of the scooter.

They NEVER answer their phone. A trip is made to their store and they don't have the item I tried to call about. Trip wasted. And merchants wonder why people shop for their item online.

The worst customer service you can ever imagine 😠, my disabled friend made 3 trips to get fitted for stockings and the 3rd time they said we only for people between 9am and 11am!
