Ms alicia Moore. Your the owner there of course your gonna give a great review! I worked for your company last night. Unorganized, you didn't even ask me for my id, ss for pay roll. You had people that was rude to me. That whole night. Smdh. You call people at the last minute. You need to be more organized! Your auntie was rude. I will never work for your company again.

At first the service seemed to be going good. I had spoken to Ruth ( I guess she is the Manager), everything was all set I was getting 7 servers, 2 Utility staff, and 3 Bartenders for my event on 7/11/15. When I first made my contract back in November I was told a certain price which was fine, then a week before the wedding I was giving a different price which came out to be about $300 more of a difference I was told that it's because of a new policy that they had just placed in January which is traveling expenses for the staff since they were come from quite a distance, I was still ok with the price figuring hey its a service that I need and they seem really professional I don't mind paying for things that I need. Well it was one of the worst experiences ever, first of all the staff was very "ghetto" and unprofessional. I found several of the staff there basically partying on my dime being rude to my guests, drinking my liquor, smoking marijuana, basically they were there having a grand ol time and getting paid. I was told that we had ran out of liquor (which now I doubt and am thinking that some of the staff might have took some of my liquor), that we had ran out of mixers, which is totally not true!!! In the refrigerator there were several gallons of orange juice, cranberry juice, margarita mixers that they absolutely did not use or even bother to look at. They told my guests that we had ran out of beer, at the end of the night we went behind the bar and there were two full kegs!!!! They just didn't want to do their job but just wanted to get paid. The only person on the staff that was helpful and did a good job was a lady named Diana everybody else was just horrible. I called on Sunday the day after my event and left a message for Ruth to return call my call because I was so upset about the services that I received after paying good money! Ruth called me back on Monday and I told her everything that happened, which seemed like she almost didn't believe me, I know everything that I saw and witnessed. Needless to say Ruth said she would follow up with her staff and call me back....well here we are on Wednesday and I still haven't heard a call back or any type of follow up from Ruth or anyone at the company. I will NEVER do any business with this company again and will make sure that I let everyone else know this as well!!!!
