I've been ordering ejuice from their site for the past year or so, ever since my friend Troy recommended the place. Their juice selection is really good albeit limited compared to other stores. But I'll take quality over quantity any day. The prices are awesome. There's almost always a discount you can find that makes buying here worth it. The only downside to this place that I can think of is if you're trying to shop there in person. The hours say they're open at 11AM, but when I got there at 11:15AM to pick up an order I placed it looked like no one was in. I'm actually still waiting because I ran out of juice and I probablynot literally will die if I can't vape during my work breaks. It's not really unusual for a vape shop since most of them are locally owned and they're not always bustling with business. I can understand why they'd be a little more laid back. I got Organic 100 juice at $5 a bottle on sale so I'm willing to wait an hour or so for someone to finally show up. XD
Review based on business interaction: I called the business ahead to confirm operations during pandemic. I was told to order online through their website and pick up curbside. I ordered and was prompted with an error message for not being able to identify my address, but I was charged for the order non the less. When I called the staff asked my information, they could not see my order, they told me that they would get back to me for a solution, to which I replied I was concerned about being able to complete my transaction before they close, she mentioned they close an hour earlier because of covid Definitely should have mentioned that on the first call about the operations. So I looked up the dive time told her how long it would take me to get there and asked if I left immediately would they be able to accommodate, she said yes and even called back to confirm my type of payment. I arrived 10min before early closing and tried to gain access to the building with no luck before calling 5 min before early closing, the same woman picked up the phone and I explained I was having trouble finding the entrance and asked if this was on purpose because of curbside pickup, she told me they were now closed, I said you knew I was coming and said said "I told you we closed at six". We go back a fourth, she remains unhelpful along with the manager. I am still charged with no product. The staff could have stayed I couple minutes longer to figure this out. But, boy we're they not kidding about when they closed early, I saw them walk out the building 2 minutes before six. I'm really not sure why they closed an hour earlier, if it's because of covid related reasoning like she explained then it would make sense because they had to clean the store but they're only doing curbside pickup nobody was allowed in, so that doesn't make sense. Seems to me a couple hourly workers wanted to get off early and don't care about the customers, the business, or they business owners. To the manager or whoever is appointed to clean this up: I have still been charged for a product I did not receive, I arrived to pick it up and all this happened. Feel free to contact me, but be sure you do before I decide to become unavailable or go back on the time we agreed to figure this out. I also know of a few wonderful customer service people without jobs that are desperate to find one if you are looking. REPLY TO THE "MANAGEMENTS" RESPONSE: I flagged the charge with my bank as fraud, probably explains your understanding of the events. Still, it shocks me that of all the mistreatment to the customer and everything else that happened, that is the one thing you honed in on and decided to respond to. You have serious issues that need addressed, in the dwindling market you reside there is no room for that. Much like the rest of us, I took my business to major online retailer. But what do I know, I'm just a disgruntled patron.
I have been a loyal customer for about 3 years now, I started buying their liquid when they had a shop in pearl city , then bought liquid from their online site, and today I got to stop by their shop in waialae. From online to in person the way they operate is very professional, very knowledgeable, and very personable. I am a picky person when it comes to liquids and I haven't found something in their line that I don't like. I will be purchasing time and time again!
Black Edition is in my opinion the best E Liquid ever. I have been a customer for a year now and vaped only their stuff for one of the four years I have been vaping. I have tried others but end up with full unused bottles of stuff that can't compare. This is the first time I walk into their store and was happy to walk in after a year. The service and stuff is always the best. Try the Dragon Eye you will will be hooked.
best juice and vapor products on the island. customer service is incredible. if you havent gone by your missing out.
This place is hidden in an apartment complex looking place! But the staff was super helpful as far as to mix whatever flavor I wanted to the nicotine percentage I wanted even if they didn't have it.
