Simply put.... Rhode Island at its best..If the State parking is full at trail head on rte 1 just drive down to Scarborough beach, walk north, at end of beach jump up to the amazing trail that leads to the Point
Beautiful trail that runs along the Atlantic Ocean. A bit muddy so you definitely want to wear the right shoes.
Wonderful place full of stony formations. Good for a bath, picnic or just sitting quiet. I went on a weekday evening right before July 4 holiday and it wasn't crowded. Popular fishing spot.

Great spot, hiked The Malcolm Grant Trail thru to Scarborough Beach
Come here to see the charms and climes of the New England beach "brand" if you will. A lovely path through greenery watch out for ticks leads to a rocky cove of beach. Very photo worthy locale. Highly recommend
Amazing Summer trail. The southern route takes you along the rocky shoreline viewing Narragansett Beach. A refreshing summer walk and an awesome view of Narragansett Bay and summer wildflowers blooming.
Pretty hike along tidal pools and rocky formations. Nice to do after laying all day on the beach.
