Absolutely unprofessional I was calling to get a piercing for my birthday rn, the guy gave me the piercers number to ask about her availability and the second she answered she was screaming at me about calling and repeated "prank caller" yelling like 8 times, I'm only a teenager very strange to yelled at by a grown adult. She'll probably read this review and laugh thinking she's funny but seriously lady get professional would not recommend.

Eyerene, the piercer, is literally the worst in customer service. Absolutely rude. We tried to get information from her about getting my daughters ears pierced by her and her responses were rude and snarky to the point that we had to look elsewhere. I guess money doesn’t talk enough to make her professional.

I cant give this place a low raiting cas that would be cruel. Went here for Friday the 13th, after going to 3 other places that ended up flopping, first off the tattoo prices for flash are decent for what I wanted, which was 20$ but, for my friends, it didn't make sense the price difference of 40$ and 60$ for roughly the same sizes. We waited for a solid 9 hours, I know that sounds fake but it's real af. I over heard someone saying in passing that they had waited this long last year....We found out later that all the people who left came back and are allowed to take their spots back, which blows cas we waited there the whole time, if they leave they shouldn't be able to get back in line. We all stayed in line for 6 hours outside, then 3 inside the shop. I don't want to blame them, I know some of the people who came got 4 or 5 flash tats, some with color. Which eats up more time for people who only want one. There should be a limit. Like only 2 per customer on Friday 13th. I have nothing againt the people here, everyone was nice but I was irritated to wait that long.

Well what should i start off with first… the fact that Eyerene piercer charged me $100 for a nose piercing that Claremont Tattoo Studio told me should’ve cost like $20-$45 or the fact that i found out that Eyerene used to work at Claremont Tattoo and apparently liked to steal from there. i suggest that you do NOT go here and get a piercing. Eyerene will just rip you off and apparently is continuing to steal!

Eyerene is the best piercer! She's very knowledgeable and helpful. She shows a real interest in the well being of her clients, and it shows in her work. She did a conch and a tragus for my daughter... She calmed her nerves by explaining everything step by step, and gave her awesome aftercare instructions. My daughter loves her new piercings and is so happy with how they look. I highly recommend Eyerene for any piercing needs

Came on Friday the 13th and got two tattoos done. They’re probably my favorite so far! I loved the environment and the staff was really nice and friendly. Everything was very clean too and my tattoos came out perfect. Told them I’d be back and I definitely will be!

Great time getting my first tattoo! The people were extremely helpful, not exactly my style but for sure a great business that can be trusted. I came in worried but they did a great job and I want to go back to get the rest done! I called like 50 times and each time they handled it with respect and even acknowledged how often I called in a polite way lol. But for real, dope business that I’m for sure going back to.
