Using BlackFin IRS Solutions for multiple tax years & paid their fee in full up front. I have been kept in "the dark" throughout the entire process. I had to call them twice recently - once to check where we were in the process and then again after I received a packet in the mail, finding out it is only the "Draft" for individual tax years. I was never informed of their process and what to expect. I am highly disappointed with this experience & would have appreciated a "heads-up" that I would be receiving a packet and what needed to done moving forward...

Hello, I want to take the time to provide some insight with this company. We all have been in that predicament as to where we are at a point, that we have to admit that we really do need some advise and/or assistance. My name is Art, I have made several calls to several tax firm's trying to feel out, which one do I want to go with. Most of the firm's will give the client a free consultation . I HAVE been to a couple other firm's prior to this firm, Blackfin. My intro conversation with my situation is difficult because of the loss of my wife. When I sat down with Phil, we started the consultation with the usual what brings into Blackfin IRS today . I'm very well organized. So our conversation went pretty smooth. The next thing we both found out, is that we are both born with that Hot Rod Blood! Yes we did get off track of why I was there in the first place. I bring this up for the simple fact that we are all human. Phil did not scrutinize nor did he make me feel uncomfortable with my situation . Every one of these companies charge a fee to help you out, the consultation is free so as to see if your situation needs their help. How is this scam artist still allowed to stay in business? Like a fool I came in over one year ago with an overinflated tax issue. They said my CPA didn't know what he was doing, but this was their field of expertise, if I pay them a lump sum of money they will get my tax debt greatly reduced, put me on a payment plan, and life will be great. Seems like they can only help me if I show I'm destitute, which I'm not, but I can't afford a $44,000.00 federal tax debt either. Why didn't they tell me the way they operate before they took my money? I called them today to ask what's going on with my account. I was promised a call back, it never came. By the way thanks to these crooks I'm over $50,000.00 now owed because they have done nothing. I hired tax attorneys today, no CPA's which is all these lying losers are. Their slogan is enjoy life again, I am now that I've wised up and dumped these bozos, and will be suing to get my money back. I'm just still in shock in how much time I wasted and how they took my money and ran.
