Blacksburg Apartments

Just found out that the leak in my daughter's ceiling that we noticed and brought to their attention upon move-in (August) has not yet been fixed properly. They just keep patching it, so every time it rains it leaks again. It is May now and still leaking. Very disappointed and they have the nerve to raise the girls' rent for next year.

After reading some of these reviews maybe I just got lucky or maybe people expect too much but it's a perfectly good starter apartment and I had no problems upon move in here. It's very spacious and I like it. It's not luxury but you're a college kid and you don't need luxury.

don't bother with these jokers. Poor and old facilities. Carpet smell makes me sick. Terrible staff and policies, screw me over nearly every time I pay rent. Things quickly went down hill after moving in.

The place is good，but their efficiency is sooo bad. Staffs' attitude is good，but they just can't really help you. Just check these emails🌚.

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! The staff is awful and they will rip you off!! The whole thing is a scam! Do not be fooled by the cheap price tag because this place is horrible and you will regret moving here.
