Blair was great to work with. My family and I do not live in the Phoenix area, but needed to find a place for staying at when visiting family in a medical facility. Blair would send us listings and when we saw ones we thought might be a fit, he would go visit on our behalf and send us videos. Very helpful. Very patient. It took a few months but we found a property that is a good fit for us. I have no hesitation in recommending Blair and his team. They will work hard for you.

Working with Blair has been an exceptionally positive experience. From day one to the closing of my home, Blair had an open line of communication throughout each step of the way, he was quick and responsive, never pressured or guilted me into making a decision and he really took the time to explain things to me as this was the first time selling a house. It seems as if it was almost TOO EASY of a process! But I know this was thanks to Blair being on top of everything. If I ever buy or sell a house in the future, I would absolutely use him again and recommend him to others.
