Staff was nice, drinks were strong, Security was constantly making themselves seen, felt like a safe bar. Very crowded, Dj could be better - genres kept changing each song and it was hard to keep up - didnt know if i was going to twerk or bachata next. We went on a Saturday. There is parking onsite or a parking garage across the street.
I went there this past Sunday night around 6:30 PM with a girl friend. Before I went, I read the bad reviews about the aggressive bar tenders, racial discrimination, and questionable dress code policy, etc. I didn't experience any of that on my visit. I felt like the music was a bit loud and it was hard to talk. However, I didn't have a hard time with the door guy and the other guests seemed friendly. The bar was very diverse and I saw blacks, Asians, cross dressers, and other minorities there. It felt like a safe space. I was standing next to the entrance to the bartender area and the bartenders were very nice and polite when they had to go through the doors. Also, the bartenders seemed to be readily available for drinks. The only downside is that they use disposable cups and not glasses. Overall, I feel like this would be a fun place to hang out to drink and listen to music.
a divine experience this place!! I was just visiting this weekend and my first time in Atlanta and this place and I can say it was the best!! the music and the attention of brandon the best! no place to return
On weekends it gets overcrowded to the point that it's hard to get to the bar to order a drink and you might end up with a long haired girl whipping her hair off her shoulders and into your drink by accident. Because everyone is squeezed in this already small place.
On halloween night staff treated me great I'm a gay drag queen also very right wing conservative this girl was wearing a Donald Trump hat some thought it was part of halloween in real life I've alway been republican thought it was a good time to do it since Joe Biden screwed us over
Atmosphere is awesome!! I went Tuesday and music, people are very fun and nice !!The drink is so cheap but feel like bartender is deciding the drink price. First floor was $5 but second floor was $10. I still don’t get why price changed. Also there was no food, so little disappointed.
Management tries its best to keep non-white people out by using dress code that is obviously racist no durags, no chains, etc. They’re also just lame. The music is just annoying remixes and there’s nothing ever really going on. Plenty of gay bars/clubs a walk away that are better.
We were a group of 5 people who were entering the bar on a Friday night. Me, an Indian and four other white people one of who is my partner. Everyone was stopped for ID and let go almost instantly. I was the only one stopped for way too long because the security couldn’t seem to locate my date of birth on my DL because it was from Canada and not the US. They didn’t seem to have the same problem with my partner’s DL who is also from Canada. He pushed me towards the back while I looked for the date or birth on the DL. When I showed him where the date of birth was, he looked at it twice and let me go, stopped me again and then let me go. Mind you, I was the only non-white person in my group and clearly the oldest out of the five of us. This definitely ruined my entire experience of the bar even before I entered it. Maybe the stuff that you hear about this bar about racism is true. Disappointed!
We always come to this place on our ATL trips and have a good time. However, this time we are here the night before a Lady Gaga concert. They're playing Gaga and the bartender, Michael, is pouring drinks as strong as hell and the crowd is electric. He and his crew is killing it.Never even have to mention what drink I need refilled. He just knows an that is with a packed house.
Great place and everyone was nice until you talk to the Bartender/Manager called Emir. He’s very disrespectful and if I was the owners, I would let him go.
