Blakeman's Towing Recovery & Removal

Dealt with these guys on a AAA call yesterday. My car broke down out at allis state park. The guy who towed my car (far left in the staff picture) was nice, and more importantly hooked the car down correctly. He was nice enough to drop me off at home afterwards as well. These guys have a super stressful job, and don't get near the credit they deserve. A lot of the people writing poor reviews with regards to time have no understanding of how AAA works, Blakemans can't do a thing about the order AAA wants things done. They were late, but I was attending a wedding and couldn't have cared less.

This company is filled with unprofessional a**holes. They winched my $45,000 Volvo out of a ditch, and pulled it into the corner of their flatbed truck, severely damaging the rear bumper. I called Kyle Blakeman about it, and he denied any fault. Apparently the driver said it was my fault, because I was in the car at his request, helping to steer it out. Immediately after the incident, the driver and I both inspected the damage, and agreed (or so I thought) that it was not my fault. He then told his boss (Kyle) a totally different story. They had towed my car once before that, as well, and left greasy handpeints all over the interior. These guys are the worst, I would not recommend them to anyone, even if no other towing companies existed!

Horrible service with them through aaa. My sister waited in her car in 10 degree weather for 5 plus hours. Truck finally showed up. Towed her about 40 miles. Driver said the truck broke down and dropped her in the middle of nowhere. The driver said someone else will be out to get you and then he drove away. Called the owner Kyle and he hung up on me. I would not recommend them to anyone.

I got stuck in a snow bank and called AAA for help. AAA called Blakemans towing. They text me and ETA of 1:31pm (60minutes). They didn’t show up, I called them they said a driver will be there in 15minutes. 45minutes goes by still no driver. I call them back and they tell me I can’t wait another hour or cancel and find a different company. After waiting 2 hours they basically say we’ll get to u when we want or u can start the process over with a different company

Got stuck in the recent snowstorm and couldn't get help from anyone else but Blakeman's. From start to finish, amazing customer service, super prompt and professional. Nick was a courteous and skilled driver getting my van back home safely. Thanks to all!
