Dr. Chong is kind, compassionate and has helped me so much. His staff is responsive and always there to assist when I need help. I am so grateful for Dr. Chong and his team.

I was trying to get into this doctor for about 6 months. I have chronic pain and needed recommendations for Physical Therapy. They requested that I send my entire medical record over to them before they would take me which was new. I've lived in several states and I haven't had that experience. Once they received the records I was told for weeks they were reviewing it. I would call once or twice a week for about a month. They would tell me that doctor would respond and they'd call me back. They seemed annoyed that I was calling so often and didn't issue any condolences or apologies for the Doc's and their lack of communication. I found another doctor thankfully. I wouldn't recommend this doctor or his rude misleading staff.

Awful experience with this Doctor. He didn't seem to care about my husband as a patient. Just wanted us to get in and get out. He didn't want my husband as a patient and said so to our faces. When we asked why - he got up and actually showed us to the door. We left feeling he discriminated against us as we weren't Asian. We filed a complaint against him with Hawaii's Department of Commerce and Consumer Affairs Professional & Vocational Licensing.

GREAT people, Dr. Chong knows his stuff... I've never felt better than I do today being the care of Dr. Chong! and trust me I was broken when I walked into his office a year go. Thank you Dr. Chong and Staff!

Lost my insurance information twice. Doctor didn't show up to appointment that had been scheduled 2 weeks prior. Wouldn't trust office staff with any kind of medical records.

Based on my last two visits I felt that the doctor made sexual advances to me in exchange for waving the cost of the visit. DO NOT GO TO THIS DOCTOR ..

We heart Dr. Chong! We also appreciate his emphasis on prevention and maintaining our health.
