Awesome, is all I can say. Great attention to detail and prices are great for what you get. The suits feels like a million bucks and makes you feel the same. Made me realize I need to trim my bread and get a haircut to match the awesomeness of the suit.

I've gone to the Blank Label locations in both Boston and DC, and highly recommend both locations. I started off with a traditional navy suit, which has been far and away both the most comfortable and best-fitting and most-complimented business garment I've ever owned. Since then, and Howard has been excellent helping me build out a diverse collection of shirts that work in both business and informal situations. The suits and shirts have a variety of customization options, and the sales consultants will walk you through every single step with an eye towards your style preferences and workplace dress code for me, that increasingly-common work dress code, where it is more formal that business casual, but you'll stand out - and not in a good way - if you wear a suit every single day. With top-notch quality and very attentive though not smothering customer service, I highly recommend Blank Label - looking forward to picking up another suit there later this year.

My experience with Blank Label was amazing! I worked with Howard who was extremely accommodating and friendly even meeting with me beyond their normal hours. The huge variety of options was amazing and the quality of the garments is top-notch. Howard did a fantastic job taking measurements and making recommendations on fitting and fabrics so the final product was perfect. I can't recommend Blank Label and Howard enough.

Scheduling a fitting session was super easy. The measurement process was extremely quick and very professional. Turn around time was very fast and I got the shirt and pants I needed in time for a wedding. Overall, great customer service and great experience. I had an awesome experience at Blank Label. I've always had a problem with shirts bought off the rack being too large and too ill-fitting or shrinking too much after a load in the laundry. This was the first time I didn't have any sizing problems with my shirts, and they still look great even after going through the wash. Howard was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional while he helped fit me for three shirts, two casual and one dress-shirt. He also added any input I had about how I wanted the shirts to look to his own expertise of men's clothing. The first fitting took about 35 minutes, and the fit check after the shirts arrived took about 10 minutes. I will definitely be back.

Blank Label is excellent in both its customer service and its product! My boyfriend and I met with Howard, who was so accommodating and professional, even at odd hours and short notice due to our schedules. He took great care in offering tasteful, knowledgeable advice on the fit and look of the custom garment while listening acutely to what we as the customer had in mind. The product itself is lovely, in no small part to Howard's skill and the quality of the workmanship at Blank Label. The personalized care by talented staff, variety of options offered, and price makes Blank Label an accessible and fun bespoke shopping experience!

So, I've had my clothing made to measure for about 10+ years now, at three previous tailors. Having some idea of what to expect from engaging a new tailor, I was very happy with my initial experience at Blank Label. Howard was very professional, but also quite relaxed and engaging. A brief sit-down and conversation about what I was looking for in my style and suiting needs was followed by the measurement process, which was thorough but efficient. Howard was very open to my requests, and had some guidance to a few concerns I brought up regarding issues with my previous tailored garments from other shops. Once my measurements were finished, we took a look at the fabrics for shirting. My only initial concern was that the fabric selection might have been a little scant, but in all truth it covered all the options i desired. I am currently awaiting the arrival of my first shirt to test final measurements, but if my intro to Blank Label is any indication, I'm going to be quite happy.

Ben did an extremely thorough and experienced fitting. No high pressure sales tactics, very professional. I've worked with several custom suit companies and this place was by far the best experience I've had so far. Highly recommend. Prices were also very reasonable and well explained. Turn around time for custom shirts and suits is also quicker than the average.

I really wanted to love Blank Label but, after consistently poor experiences with the quality and fit of my clothes, I'm not able to recommend it or revisit it myself. It is the most affordable bespoke clothier I've worked with but that comes with major trade off. My first order, a pair of selvedge jeans, were much lighter than I ordered and were extremely baggy. Even though the wonderful Christina apologized and made them right, they still came apart at the seams. Having better luck with some shirts but it's apparent that the quality is not top of line. If I'm going to go bespoke again, I'm definitely looking for a better experience.

Howard at Blank Label is an excellent wardrobe consultant! He is a master haberdasher, a thing hard to find in an era of impersonal and mass produced retail clothing. His attention to detail is exceptional. No button, cuff, or collar goes unnoticed. Over the course of an hour; we very carefully selected every detail of my custom suit and shirts right down to the personalized engraving of each item. My clothing was tailored to precision and fit perfectly to my frame. I had a meeting with some executives in Boston for my company's largest client a few weeks ago and the suit really made me shine. I recall thinking that I'd never looked so good in a suit before. I'd half-jokingly told Howard when I first came in that I wanted to look like Harvey Specter. Howard certainly met and exceeded my expectations. If the clothes make the man; I looked every inch the polished executive once Howard was finished with me. For roughly $1,000; I achieved the $5,000 look that I was aiming for through Blank Label.
