Blasian Executive Secured Transport

The first driver we had from the airport to the hotel was very cordial. The reason for the one star review was the second shuttle driver from the hotel to the airport. She was very rude and dismissive and had a very bad attitude. We arrived about 10 minutes before our scheduled departure. The shuttle was to run every 30 minites. Instead of leaving on time, the driver had us sit and wait for 40 minutes and still didn't leave once the second shuttle driver arrived. When one of the riders voiced that she was concerned she was going to miss her flight, the driver still didn't leave. Instead she went to go tell the other driver we were leaving not like he needed to know. Then she came back and asked us what airlines we were all flying with. But we had already told her that about 5 times before this and she never remembered and kept asking. After confirming all the airlines for what felt like the millionth time, she left AGAIN and went to the other driver. Then they took more time and told us some of us should move to the other shuttle. So they proceeded to take another 5 minutes and move some of the people and all their luggage to another shuttle. When we finally got to the airport, she told us which people could get off at the specific terminal we were at, anyone flying Delta. Then she asked me if I was flying Delta as I exited the vehicle!! At this point, I've probably told this woman about 10 times that I was flying Delta. Talk about lack of customer service! I barely had enough time to get through security and get to my gate. I hope the other gal was able to make it on her flight. In my experience, this shuttle service is not dependable and I do not recommend them. That employee was very difficult to deal with. All of this could have been completely avoided if she would've just left at the time she was supposed to.

They were amazing! My birthday was perfect, thanks to Blasian. They were on time, went out of there way to make sure we were happy, and anything we needed they found a way to make it happen. THANKS for making my birthday the best in years.
