I would like to thank Blinds Express for making the purchase and installation of our brand new shutters absolutely Flawless. From our Sales Representative Johanna, who did an amazing job at assisting us through the process of choosing our shutters and getting every measurement on point. To the installers Dave and Gary who did an absolutely fabulous job from beginning to end! We could not have asked for more or be more happier with the service we received. Thank you as well to the office staff. All in all, everyone was very pleasant and made this a great experience.

So easy! They come to you to measure, show samples, place the order. In a week or so they come back and install. Good quality, good prices, nice people!

We just had our shutters installed! WOW! I absolutely cannot praise the installation team of Dave and Gary more! They were both very professional, clean, and knowledgeable about their job. It was a pleasure to spend the last two days with them, which especially during this time of COVID-19 could be challenging. I also want to praise our sales/customer service - Johanna. She was not only able to provide answers to my questions, but she was available immediately. I cannot praise these individuals more. Thank you so much.

Outstanding service from all !!!!!! Stephanie in sales was perfect with her presentation, answered all questions and measuring of my project was spot on! I purchased both vertical and horizontal blinds from this company and the vertical blinds are defective in its construction.The blinds require repairs every six months as a plastic piece constantly strips and the vertical blinds do not close. I have spoken directly with a person who identified herself as the owner who informed me they had changed their sales policies to exclude all rental homes their products are used in. Please read all your sales agreements prior to purchase as my agreement had no such exclusion, which I notified them of. I have been rudely treated and hung up on by their repair representatives. Don’t buy these blinds!

Dave and Gary did a great job installing our solar shades. They arrived when they said they would, did the install in record time, and they looked great when they were up! They were very friendly and professional, I would definitely use their services again!
