Blinds To Go

I recently purchased new blinds and shades for my whole house from the Blinds To Go in Everett, MA. We’ve used Blinds To Go before for our dining room shade, and deck blinds, and had good luck. I must say the whole experience from choosing the blinds to installation went very smoothly, and my blinds look beautiful! Our sales person, John wasn’t pushy at all. I really appreciated him being not pushy as it gave me a chance to ask questions, think ideas through, and feel confident that he was giving us his honest opinion. He was pleasant and responsive with my calls for questions. Ultimately, we ended up with the look and price point that met our needs. Since we were doing the whole house, we splurged for measurement, and installation by their professionals. It was a few hundred dollars extra for 14 windows, but it ended up being well worth it! The windows were measured correctly, and the installation took him about an hour. This probably would have taken my husband far longer. They were very professional about communicating, who is coming and when, and arriving on time. So far, very happy with my window treatments. Just need get the wrinkles out of my Roman shades.

Our experience with Ann Marie Ford went very smoothly. She greeted us immediately and friendly and never put any pressure on us to make a quick decision. We purchased custom made shades for two rooms. They were measured, made and installed within 2 weeks. The entire procedure went very smoothly. We will be going back to purchase shades for other rooms in the future.

Megali was extremely helpful. I really didn’t know exactly what I was looking for. She had just finished with another customer but was happy to help us right away. She helped pick out what I had envisioned and gave her opinion about the color. She then gave an estimate and explained the process and was very accurate about it. I appreciate her help and would recommend Blinds To Go to others.

Couldn't have found a better store and customer guidance expert resource than when I walked into this store and met Roy. He was very relaxed and pleasant, extremely knowledgeable and so patient with me as I changed all my choices. We our blinds and have suggested to neighbors go to Everett.... and look for Roy.

The man Joshua in the store was very nice and helpful, but the service afterwards was horrible I've spent almost $5,000 for all my windows, but when they came to install them my living room window was the wrong size they had ordered, I called the store twice that day, the man was not helpful he said when the wrong item gets back to their store they will call me, it's been 3 days, I understand things happen and people make mistakes, but the customer service that I received after I paid my bill was not the best , they should have apologized, they should have said we will fix this as soon as possible, they did none of that. Very disappointed

Overall a good product and much better than the big box stores. Helpful sales reps in the store. One thing that I don’t like about the blinds is that they put a red sticker on the bottom rail that’s very difficult to remove and doesn’t look good cordless cellular . But they are very easy to install for inside mount.

I ordered 3 blinds just to be sure and I absolutely love my blinds from Blinds to Go they look so beautiful in my bedroom, it feels and look like another world. Sal at the Everett store was so friendly and professional, he made the process of ordering easy. I didn’t wait long for them to arrive and they fit perfectly and was able to get an installation the next day after last payment was made. I ordered the Maple color artificial wood they weren’t cheap but they weren’t expensive either, it just depends on the style in what look you want to have in your sanctuary, your home. FOR Me it’s Blinds to Go wherever I go, no more plain mini blinds for me! I’ll be back to do the rest of the windows! Thanks again!

I had the pleasure to work with manager Margherita who cares deeply about customer satisfaction. I was not happy with the grey curtains I had in the picture. She remade them new and they look beautiful now. I recommend visiting the store to get a better idea about the products.
