Massage was great but most amenities are closed locker rooms, lounges, etc. When the pandemic ends, it'll be back to five stars.

I had a very nice time there. Relaxing and comfortable. The facility was clean and organized. The staff was helpful and professional. The lady who did my facial was very nice. A little bit pricey but definitely a very good option in the city.

I haven't been to a Bliss Spa in years. Really nice spa.. a nice facial...nice extra touches lemon water, etc. Was a bamboozled into a higher priced service which was a bummer. It wasn't an add on but a different item and was not told it was more expensive.

Excellent spa choice in midtown. Clean facilities, excellent services, and skilled technicians. They also have a great product line-up of their own skincase as well as other brands.

Friendly staff. Both facial and massage was a good experience. I wished the aesthetic person did not speak to me too much during the facial but I was afraid of being rude if I told her that I prefer not to talk.

The massage I received at Bliss Spa was one of the best ever! My massage therapist was professional yet personable. This Southern Belle will return home tomorrow refreshed!

Went in with my mother to get my nails done. Lady who did them was incredibly unprofessional. She would go into the back room and talk on her phone very loudly. She also did a terrible job painting my nails. They have already started to chip on all of my fingers and look like something I could have done at home. Very disappointed.
