Dominique did an amazing job planning and coordinating our trip to Moorea and The St Regis in Bora Bora to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary! It was a truly unforgettable!

Dominique planned our dream trip to Europe including a river cruise on the Rhine and perfect ending in Paris. She made the trip so easy, including pre-planned transportation between destinations, hotel, and air fare. The app was so helpful and had all of our trip details right from my phone. Dominique even mailed our trip itinerary so I didn't have to print an extra copy. She also helped me reach out to the cruise line to surprise my husband for his birthday. It can be really stressful traveling to a new place, especially international travel, but she really thought of all of the details and made our trip an experience of a lifetime. We had another wonderful experience working with Dominique Barba with Bliss Travel Service. This was our 2nd European Vacation, this time taking my husband and I to Austria, Switzerland and Germany for 3 weeks. Once again, an amazing experience working with Dominique Barba! We have been working with Dominique since 2018, and since then she has helped us with multiple vacations I believe 5. Recently we got back from a 2 week trip to Switzerland that Dominique pretty much coordinated for us completely, and the experience was yet again wonderful! She helps make the planning for trips SO MUCH LESS STRESSFUL than it is when you are planning the trip all on your own. She always has great recommendations and is able to give us many options that we can modify as needed to meet our specific needs/preferences. She is always very timely with her responses and it is clear she has a lot of experience in her field. For this trip specifically, Dominique was able to set us up for smooth transition from home-to-Switzerland, as well as transportation from city-to-city while exploring all over Switzerland. We used a tour company called Railbookers, which included a Swiss pass so that we were able to utilize public transportation for free throughout our entire stay train, bus, etc. The Swiss pass also allowed for some discounted prices when booking boat tours, city tours, etc. in some cities which was a great surprise! Dominique helped us extend our trip outside of the normal Railbookers tour, allowing us an extra day immediately upon arrival to utilize as a "rest and recover" day following the long travels highly recommend. At one point, a few weeks after our flights had already been booked, I received an email that our flights changed to a different day and time, which obviously did not work with our schedule, but with Dominique's assistance, we were able to re-book our flights with a different airline, ultimately saving us money, which we then used to extend our trip another day and put that money toward an additional night in a hotel. She then gave us her best recommendations of how to utilize that extra day, which was wonderful advice! Without Dominique, this whole situation would've given me unreasonable amounts of stress, yet because of her expertise, the whole situation was quickly resolved and actually allowed us for even more time on our vacation! After starting our regular use of travel agents specifically Dominique 5-6 years ago, we've decided we're never going back to planning on our own, at least while we all work full-time jobs, as it is exhausting and stressful trying to do everything yourself. We have even referred multiple people to Dominique at this point, as we know how great she has been to work with. Highly recommend!

We are so happy that we used Bliss and had the pleasure of working with Dominique. She took care of every detail and our Trip to Tahiti was amazing. We always go to Dominique for our cruise vacations and she always comes through with great service. I thought I was giving her a Mission Impossible with our latest cruise request. I asked her to find us a cruise that began in approximately 1 month that had a stateroom for 3 people and that was wheelchair accessible. It took her all of a day to find us a perfect 10 day cruise of the Greek islands and of Malta. Dominique is absolutely amazing!

Heather was an absolute GEM of a person. I have never used a travel agent before and I was feeling overwhelmed when trying to plan a honeymoon and a wedding at the same time. Heather made the process super easy and fun. I really appreciate her sending me updates of the hotel/beach we selected in the months leading up to the trip. Our honeymoon was everything we wanted and more. Thank you, Heather, you truly are wonder woman! We will definitely be booking any large trips through Heather again - I can't imagine traveling without her!
