Push ups, sit-ups, crunches, curls and more. What a great atmosphere to workout. The owners, Antonio and Kelly, the coaches and community are all top notch. Very happy to be a part of this work out culture known as BklOps fitness. If you don't know about techno Sundays you're missing out.
The gym itself has a very pleasant atmosphere. Employees are very kind, respectful and always there to help. Great gym. I highly recommend it.
