Exceptional work all the time! The people are very warm and helpful. My tax preparer KNOWS what he's doing. I go to him every year because I know what to expect. I and Jeff Weiner have developed a very good friendship as well, plus, he goes above and beyond his job to help me with advice in other matters. That means a lot to me.

Trish Casey is the best. She has done my taxes for nearly 10 years and takes an interest in my life and how she can help guide me to save on paying taxes. I couldn't ask for a better person to work with.

I would never recommend this office. They are extremely unprofessional and incompetent. My husband and I sought advice and help with filings from them six months ago and have been strung along ever since with repeated promises to finish, but we have yet to get the information requested and the completed returns. Mr. Weiner, the advisor we have been working with has come up with excuse after excuse for why he hasn't found the time to complete the filings in over 6 months. After multiple complaints to both customer service and Jerry, the office manager, that Mr. Weiner has been unresponsive to emails and phone calls and that he is either unable and/or unwilling to complete our filings in a timely manner, we still have not received the tax advice and completed filings we have been waiting for. I don't understand how these people stay in business with service like this! I have filed another complaint with customer service but I'm not holding my breath that it will make any difference since all other complaints have thus far fallen on deaf ears. I recommend you go elsewhere if you expect any degree of professionalism and competence.

My tax adviser was amazing! She made the process feel flawless. She was also able to suggest a couple of changes that helped my taxes this year. The receptionist was also joyful and personable.

Block Advisors will have whatever expertise is required to complete my return accurately and to offer me helpful advice. Jeff, my preparer, has impressive experience and is very comfortable to work with.

My Block advisor Linda explained everything to me, she set up things that I would need for my taxes next year. I love that there is a computer monitor that is there for me to see what she’s doing and I can ask questions when I see something I don’t understand.

I really like working with Tommy and feel he does a thorough job on my taxes. He always explains everything he does. I really appreciate the time he takes going over everything.
