Fast easy thorough process
Ive been with hr block for over 20 years and i was disappointed when my advisor left her position three months ago and my return, subsequently, fell through the cracks. i am very upset that i will now incur three months of late charges and penalties from the IRS when it wasnt even my fault.
I love them, easy to work with, prompt replies, my personal tax adviser, Maryann, was extremely helpful and happy to answer any of my questions. I will most definitely continue to get my tax returns done with them, and I recommend them to anyone looking for a hassle free way to file taxes.
