My family and I have owned and operated small businesses in the Kansas City metro area for over 50 years and have been very blessed to have the most amazing customers ! We consider each one of them to be our friends and try to provide the service we would expect if we were their customers. We understand that without them we wouldn't be in business for long ! We recently decided to downsize and sell one of our small self storage facilities and needed a professional commercial real estate expert to help us accomplish our goals. We have dealt with various realtors in the past whenever we purchased our homes, sold our old homes, invested in some rental properties, etc. but have always had very mixed results. Some were better than others but generally speaking we felt like our best interest wasn't always a priority to them. It felt like they were more motivated to simply "get it over with" and collect their fee's so they could quickly move along to the next "quick sale". So THIS time was going to be different, we were going to research, interview, ask around, in order to find someone that wasn't going to just go through the motions. During this process one name kept popping up....William Glascow. So we decided to meet with him at our business to discuss our concerns and the terms we felt were important, and almost immediately Mr. Glascow put us at ease, explained some of his idea's, shared with us his thoughts on the best way to accomplish this sale, and we could tell right away that this gentleman had the type of insight and professionalism we had been searching for ! It was obvious to us why so many others had recommended we contact him. It was an easy decision for us to hire Mr Glascow because he demonstrated the confidence and expertise we needed. So I am taking the time to write this review in order to say thank you Mr. Glascow for locating a qualified buyer so quickly, ironing out all of the issues and details required to make this transaction so painless for my family, and for making us all so happy ! In 2017 when we decided to sell one of our other self storage businesses, we no longer had to worry about researching, interviewing, and finding an expert in this field. We instantly turned everything over to Mr Glascow again. The second transaction was even more surprising to us because Mr. Glascow was able to sell our second store for more money than we could have ever imagined!! Thanks again Mr Glascow for changing my families financial future !! We look forward to working with you again in the future and feel very confident recommending you to all of our family and friends !!!

William Glasgow, senior vice president, promised in writing on the company letterhead that he would give the buyer, myself, a $10,000 refund on the commission if I bought the property. He lied. I would not trust this man with anything he said. He is also one of the laziest realtors when it comes to determining the value of the property and is extremely sloppy in preparation of contract and closing documents. Absolutely nothing that involved in his actions were professional..

TERRIBLE. Absolutely terrible customer service. If you are reading this review, please hear me loud and clear that this company has the worst customer service + communication skills from the reps to the management. Highly suggest running the other way and finding another real estate company to work with. Again... terrible, terrible, terrible!
