Customer service is HORRIBLE! I called to get a dumpster picked up 4 days early and 7 yes SEVEN DAYS LATER it is still in my driveway. Now it has rained 3 times and they charge by the ton. I have been calling during business hours and no one picks up and ROB on the "emergency" line does not pick up OR return calls. ABSOLUTE WORST

i was price shopping dumpsters in NJ, and i filled out the online request. They got back to me within a few hours with a full explanation. Even though i wasn't even a customer they treated me very well. Only great companies with integrity behave that way in today's world. Thank You Bloom
