The decor inside this lounge is always the best part, the lighting and designs are all so beautiful. Only downfall is some of the staff are anything but helpful and the drinks could use a bit more liquor for the price, but Kyle is always a great bartender and keeps me coming back.
If you want a drink? This is the place to get it! Music is a little too loud, waitresses are outstanding! I love those girls!
Gaston, was the rudest person in the casino. All of MGM Maneger & Security we're back and forth due to his behavior to customers. Dont forget he would lie to save his Job
Loved the atmosphere. Feels like it's own little island within the casino. The bartender, TJ, provided great service and conversation. She didn't make us wait long and was attentive to everyone at the bar, which I appreciated. The drinks were amazing!
Although I forgot their names. The 2 ladies that are servers the the absolute best. Persevered through the pandemic and should be commended. Thank you ladies.
The manager Deshawn is the ABSOLUTE WORST! He has a disgusting temper and was impossible to communicate with. I asked him a simple question actually I tried to ask him a simple question and he kept yelling over me and my friends. Very disappointed in the service I received. PLEASE GET BETTER STAFF MGM!
