Mercury insurance had me go here for a inspection after a fender bender. Rodger was really nice, I was seen immediately because I had an appointment. I got my estimate and it was sent directly to mercury. I like that they are a customer authorized repair service location of mercury, I'll likely come back and get my car fixed there.

The lady we talked to was of great help. She explained the whole process starting from parts ordering, replacement and repair. She also explained how should we go for the rental car. I am yet to see the outcome of the repair but the visit was very pleasant. The professionalism of the place impressed me.

I've had to have front end collision repairs done on my Mazda 3 hatchback THREE times in the last 4 or 5 years and this shop has been great. So far my car is in the shop and I've got nothing but excellent service. Very good at keeping customers up to date with progress of the service. was given a very thorough explanation about the process of working on my car. Had a minor traffic accident and made sure that the claim estimate to the insurance company of the other driver was very accurate.

I usually don't write online reviews but their service was so exceptional, it deserves recognition. Tino and his team were so amazingly helpful and hard-working it made a horrible situation - a hit and run accident - not quite so horrible. They did a great job on our Prius and were able to turn it around quickly too. They dealt with two different insurance companies who were both difficult to contact and get responses from. I am so very appreciative for their communication, good pricing and delivery.
