BLT Market

Very disappointing food. Lovely setting in the Ritz by the pool. As you would expect the food was pricey, but not worth the outlay. The wagyu burger was smothered by a brown compote that overwhelmed the taste of the beef. Also, the chef was completely off on how it was cooked. The roll was nothing special for $28 you would be better off at Shake Shack or Five Guys unless you simply enjoy dropping the Benjamins for no reason. I hope the dinner is better.

Don't be fooled-this isn't your average hotel restaurant. They take great pride in every aspect of your dining experience. Our meal was amazing from start to finish. Beautifully prepared dishes with an ocean view and only topped by the professional and attentive service. It is expensive but just about everything is on the island. The difference here is that you'll actually get your money's worth.

I had an excellent meal at BLT Market. The food was fresh, interesting, well balanced with a beautiful presentation. And what a view! Sit by a window and watch the sunset. Excellent experience with their new menu!

This place was wonderful for an office lunch. Hosted 8 people, with no one else in the restaurant for a long time. The bartender was friendly. The view was pretty but if you sat along the edge near the pool the sun beat down on your back.

Amazing flavors, and a great fresh food concept. Full bar with a great wine selection. Nice spot to enjoy Friday fireworks. If in the bar ask for Adam.

Stopped at the bar before going out for dinner. Finally, a tiki drink in Honolulu made with care and decent ingredients!!! Very friendly service and insane, unobstructed view from the 8th floor facing the beach

In Waikiki for 7 days, and 3 of those evenings we have spent enjoying evening cocktails here! Cannot say enough about the experience offered here. Ezcellent!! And special kudos to Amanda, Alaura and Brooke! Mahalo!!

Restaurant in the ritz-carleton. Set the highest standard for service I have ever seen. Food was excellent. They all worked together as a team. View was romantic. Worth the price. Best!!!!

A little pricey but great food and a good place to grab a "beverage"and easily be able to "talk story." Nice view & not loud.
