Blue Cross Animal Clinic

My review has nothing to do with the medical staff. The medical staff is awesome. I have three pets living with me. One is mine, the others are my uncles who recently moved in with me. His two pets have been neglected medically. I tried calling to make the last of his pets checked. I believe she has a bladder infection and is having a hard time potty training. I was now told that I have to put a $50 deposit to make an appointment. However the appointment isn’t until after December. I am completely disappointed in this new policy. I am a veteran living on a limited income and my uncle is on SSI. I was willing to accept that they do not have military discounts. $50 impacts each of us. Junk fees are not necessary for those who have already been paying seeing the clinic regularly. It’s feels like I am being scammed. And I hate that feeling. I will find another veterinarian to help my uncle and now me with our pets. My heart is broken because my Taji loves her doctor Dr. Rodriguez. Dr. Smith was Mousy’s doctor.

Experienced and friendly place to take your pet. Very affordable. They are straight to the point and treat your dog they way they should be treated.

Our old pup had to be laid to rest! BCAC was so helpful and supportive. They gave our girl an exam, and helped us say goodbye to our sweet girl! Dr. Rodriguez was amazing through a rough time. I couldn't have been more pleased for such a compassionate Vet.

My son took our dog Lily here today. Needless to say she was not herself and was being super lethargic. We were very worried that she would not be coming back home with us. Everyone within the clinic took the time to make Lily feel comfortable and to help my son understand what needed to be done and were so compassionate with him as well. I cannot stress enough just how wonderful the visit was and how kind the entire staff is. Thank you so much.

Was able to get my dog in almost immediately for an urgent care visit. The whole staff including front desk, vet techs, and veterinarian were so kind and sweet. Very helpful. They were able to get my pooch feeling good again!

We love Blue Cross Animal Clinic. We've been taking both of our dogs there for the last five years and they have always had a great staff. Their staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and patient with skiddish animals.

Limited menu, food was decent. Small portion but overall pretty good

Dr. Pauly is the best we followed her from Northview Animal Hospital because we think of her that highly she has been our Veterinarian for 14+ years. We highly recommend her.

Have come here with my pets for years. Never had any bad experiences really. I trust my Dr. Wheeler fully with the health of my pets, and suspect every other veterinarian is equally friendly and helpful.

They have always taken very good care of all my dogs and a few cats over 30 years. All the Veterinarians there have always been exellent. I have a couple of my favorites. Great care while they are here and a great comfort when they have to go away. The rest of the staff personell are top notch also.
