If you need pressure washing…look no further! Blue Monkey did an exceptional job pressure washing my home. I was able to schedule within a few days, they were on time and made my house, patio and driveway look brand new. Excellent company and service.
Jarrod runs a great company. I've sent my parents, brother, and a dozen friends in the past few years and none have been anything but blown away. When your house is Funky, Call the Blue Monkey. House looks wonderful. All the junk and cobwebs are gone. Looks brand new again. Gleaning white brick again
I highly recommend blue monkey! Jarred was extremely professional and squeezed me in quickly for a very reasonable price. Marcos our technician was so nice and went above and beyond. Will use again for sure!! I could cry I’m so happy the difference it made for our home!
upon arriving home to what I THOUGHT would be a beautifully cleaned home I found that there was still a lot of dirt and grime on the sidewalk/driveway, and the front stoop appeared to not even be touched. There were old wasps’ nest, spider webs and dirt in the top corners. The concrete stoop was still covered in stains as well as the sidewalk and driveway but that wasn’t the worst of it. The ENTIRE house was COVERED in splotchy white spots that appeared to be dried up soap. Looked as if the house wasn’t rinsed at all. It was white and caked on all over the house and visibly unpleasant to the naked eye. I immediately called Jarred and followed up with multiple pictures. He was in SHOCK! He said this has never happened to him before, admitted his employee did a rushed job, didn’t use strong enough chemicals on the concrete and was truly embarrassed for the poor job done. In addition to that, he had NO clue what the splotchy white spots where I sent dozens of pictures and he was stumped. He chalked it up to the poor work of his employee and said he would be sending him back out to redo the job as soon as he could. weeks later, after very poor communication and one no-show, his guy finally came back, UNANNOUNCED I may add, He spent a lot of time telling me all the things he wouldn’t be able to fix and the next morning, I get up to go to work and my home is 10000 times worse! I texted Jarred in a panic! He again saying, “I have no idea what that is! Let me send these pictures over to my siding guy and chemicals person!” a few mins later he texts me back and says “ don’t panic, that’s just oxidation from the sun damage on your house and I can remove that for $400” WHAT?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?! Upon loads of research and FOUR other reputable companies’ opinions I have come to find out, If a home is showing signs of oxidation very common for vinyl siding it is best to leave it untouched for this VERY REASON. However, if you absolutely MUST wash your home you need to do a full restoration and oxidation removal this is expensive but if you only soft wash your house it will bring that oxidation out that you couldn’t originally see and will leave white patchiness all over you house as a result of washing the home which trust me is WAY worse than the minimal amount of dirt. Our home did NOT originally show signs of oxidation all over the house. It was in a few very small areas, now our home is COVERED in it to a point where it’s destroyed siding that will need a full restoration cleaning that we were unprepared for at this moment. this is very “COMMON KNOWLEDGE” to the power washing community I’ve had 3 companies come to quote the job and tell me we know exactly what happened and this could have been avoided. They have all explained to me you ALWAYS tell the customer beforehand all were equally in shock that he was so puzzled by what it is. And THEN came back and washed the house AGAIN making it even worse! He REFUSES to take any amount of responsibility to the fact that his lack of knowledge is what led to this outcome and had he explained to me that this would happen I could have NEVER soft cleaned my house. I would have waited until I could afford a full restoration and oxidation removal which would have been the PROPER way to clean my home and the advice that any knowledgeable power washing company will recommend. AND aside from that, we also have very apparent lines of damage ones of improper cleaning I’ve asked Jarred to please take care of this issue; all he did was refund me for the cleaning of the home. And state that this is exactly the kind of thing his contract protects him from. Ha! like yeah, your house is messed up but it’s not my problem cool. All I wanted to do was clean my house and now it’s going to cost me $400 plus for a full restoration for something a knowledgeable company could have avoided and this is a prime example of you get what you pay for folks. Do yourself a favor and spend the extra money for a knowledge, professional company and a professional job.
Robert showed up on the minute at 10:00 am with state of the art equipment in tow. I don't have any city water yet so he attached his hose to the nearby fire hydrant to fill the tank. In 2 hours my somewhat steep 200' long x 12 foot wide concrete driveway looks brand new. I will have them back after the excavator is done and they start building the house.
