Jason and Ann are the new Dynamic Duo! Our situation was less than perfect. Jason and Ann worked to make our dreams a reality. They were always available to us, via phone, text, or email. They Did everything in their power to help us. They were always optimistic, reassuring, and provided a level of support and service that is extremely rare in this day and age. We have, and will continue to recommend Jason and Ann to our friends. These two are the dream team!

Best mortgage company around. Process was easy as can be and we got a phenomenal rate. Everyone involved in the deal who was not familiar with Blue Water before went out of their way to say how attentive, professional, and courteous Roger Odoardi & his team were. Would recommend to anyone whether you're a first time home buyer or a seasoned vet. Thanks Roger, Lee, Peter, and the whole Blue Water team!

Really easy to work with, very attentive and knowledgeable., quick to respond to emails. Overall a great experience and I would recommend this company. They convey that they care about you/you're not just a number. Don't use the big global banks!

I can't say enough about how great this company was to work with! Jason and Ann helped us through every step of purchasing our home, from securing financing to after closing. Every phone call and email received a quick response, and my concerns were always taken seriously. They took great care of us during a time that was very stressful. When it comes to finances, you really need to trust the people you're working with. I am unbelievably grateful their services were recommended to me by my realtor.

The professionalism from Roger and his team were superb! They were excellent at working quickly and efficiently.
Roger did a cost analysis for us (no other mortgage company offered that) just to ensure we were making the right choices for us now and how it would effect us in the long run.
Highly recommend and would use them again
