Bluebird Distilling is coming to the heart of Phoenixville the beginning of 2015. Follow us through the building process, ups and downs and the straight awesomeness of opening a distillery.
We will be creating a wide variety of Bourbon, Whiskey, Vodka and other spirits that will be made completely from scratch all with high quality local ingredients. Besides running a full distillery, Bluebird will also feature a tasting bar and lounge where you will be able to get Bluebird schwag and exciting, correctly made bad ass cocktails.
Oh yeah What does Bluebird mean? No, its not the bird.
Bluebird is that special day. The day after the storm breaks and the sun shines through. We all know these days. It is the day you get outside and everything goes right. It can be anything, tracing through waist deep snow for the first run of the day, paddeling in to a perfect glassy day or playing the back nine with friends as the sun is setting. Bluebird is about getting out there and seizing that perfect day..... or in our case beverage.
