The customer service is very unprofessional. There has been several occasions where I have tried to get in contact with them to pay monthly bills, and will leave several voicemails and very seldom will my call/message be returned. I will call for several days before reaching anyone. This wouldn’t usually be a big deal except they charge late fees and I would call to pay on time and not be able to reach someone until many days later if at all and they would tag on a late fee. I spoke with a gentleman there who was very polite and did try to assist me and even acknowledged my efforts to get in touch. The woman who I spoke with a month later however denied any knowledge and tried to tag on the late fee to the next months bill. Not only that but they charged my account twice putting me into overdraw and holding up my other bills that needed to be paid with that money so this was such an inconvenience! The woman who addressed this issue was very rude and unprofessional and did not give the customer service the gentleman prior had and refused to take accountability at first. She wouldn’t allow me to speak and kept interrupting me so instinctively I got louder to try to get a word in edgewise which she rudely and abruptly ended the call. I had to call back to which she then said the money couldn’t be refunded to my account and demanded I be there the next to get my check ! As if she knows my daily schedule or if that would be a convenient time for me! Needless to say she was not interested in resolving the issue amicably or developing a client relationship. I wouldn’t recommend if you’re looking for a hassle free rental service, as the place I used prior I didn’t have any problems ! The woman not only lacked consideration for the position this left me in financially but was very hostile and was not concerned with their lack of communication on their end. It is incredibly frustrating when a company you contribute finances to disregards you and treats you very unprofessionally !

This will be BRIEF. DO NOT USE THIS FACILITY TO STORE ANYTHING. There is ABSOLUTELY NO security system here and if something does happen. The owners could care less. They want your money but using their storage, is at your own risk. YOU'VE BEEN WARNED, TAKE HEED.

DO NOT STORE ANYTHING HERE!!!!!!! They Do not answer or return calls. They Lost my lease and would not let me have my stuff Even though I had my copy. My storage has Now been broken into and wiped 90% of my stuff.. along with multiple others and my stuff that was not taken is in the hallway with all the items from the other units that were broken into. The break ins started on Christmas Day 2019 and no one has contacted me to tell me what has happened. It is now March 6 2020. I have been in the phone with them at least 10 times since the initial break in and nobody said anything to me. They know who did it. He has a unit there and they will not unlock his to see if he has any of our stuff in his unit. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT ANYONE WHO PAYS THEM OR ANYTHING THAT THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO BE PROTECTING! DO NOT TRUST YOUR STUFF AT BLUEGRASS PARKWAY U STOR IT!

After renting from this place for two years and my payment being direct withdrawn I moved out before the first took my keys to the lady at the desk and asked for my deposit back she immediately said no “she definitely must get a bonus for not giving back deposits” said I didn’t give written notice although just talked to Olen last week and informed him my house was done being built and I won’t be needing it anymore and nothing was said to me about written notice. Beware this place is filthy and is pour manged water laying around, and rude as hell I would definitely spend my money elsewhere at a much cleaner more friendly facility

I worked with Valin this afternoon, my online account wasn’t working properly, he was very patient and helped me figure everything out quickly so I could get my truck and start moving

Went there looking for a uhaul trailer and they were very knowledgeable telling us what we needed. We couldn't rent due to the year of my explorer but very nice owners to deal with.
