The customer service can be improved a lot. One lady working there gave me a look that she didn’t want to help at all. Maybe they don’t care about customer service, but customers care.

I always find something at Blue Mercury whether it's a gift for myself or someone else. The service is friendly and the product selections are aplenty! Oh, and the candles are top quality. Cheap candles usually reek. I prefer the M street or Wisconsin Ave locations.

The staff is beautiful and quite helpful! Plus they carry my favorite hair care brand R&CO!!!

Ever since the management change at this location the customer service has been terrible! The sales people are way more concerned with talking with each other rather than helping the customer. I will no longer be frequenting this location.....

Staff needs to work on their customer service... And learn more about their products.

Had a bad experience with Blue Mercury

Bad costumer service. I went to this location on Tuesday morning and the store was empty. Even though I was the only costumer at the time, the personal at the store was rude and the help I got from the lady who was at the store was poorly. No coming back to that store
