Very rude, poor customer service. I was trying to purchase items for the residents in my nursing home because the are currently quarantined, so I called to ask if they were open and make sure they had the brands I needed. The person on the phone refused to answer my questions, despite me explaining that I didn't want to "just come in to the store" because if they didn't have the brands I needed I didn't want to have to go to more than one shop. He then hung up on me. Lost a lot of business today. The man was very rude.

The employees here are always nice. I appreciate the fact that they work to keep prices low which is great for the neighborhood. Plus the owner is always willing to crack a joke or two.

The main guy who works there. Accused me of stealingalong time ago. Then all of a sudden I asked to see a third lighter and he went nuts on me. Banned me from the store. For no reason at all because I asked to see a starlighter which I was buying too expensive lighters and I shopped there everyday find Coke or cigarettes for me and my brother lighters just whatever candy whatever little thing I wanted. Cuz it's right up the street basically. Started ranting and raving how I know what I did and he's known me 15 years I've been back in this neighborhood 3 years I don't know what the heck you're talking about but it's the second time he's disrespecting me like that and I seen him do it to other women and it's ridiculous and he's rude and smells too and I'm not just saying that because I'm upset I'm not upset anymore I just think is the gator grab she lost a good customer to spend an average of 12 to $15 a day if not more encourage other people stand up and not shop there either if he's going to treat people like that
