Blume Events is outstanding in their creativity and service. Kristen is a great listener, has an abundance of patience and stellar work ethic. My daughter's bridal shower flowers looked spectacular. I can't wait to see the flowers for the wedding.. Thank you Blume Events for making beautiful memories!

Kristen is always very professional and thoughtful of her client’s needs. I have used her services several times and she never disappoints! Always offering the most beautiful and fresh floral arrangements with meticulous attention to detail. And most importantly, with a kind and considerate attitude.

We met several times with Blume and Kristen was fantastic to work with. We had a unique vision for our wedding flowers, and she pulled it off. We had a selection of blue hydrangeas, cream roses, red spray roses, and blue delphinium. She also added our Mickey and Minnie Tsum Tsum small plushies as well with floral wire to the bridal bouquet...it was so cute! The arrangements were amazing for the bridal flowers, bridesmaid bouquets, greenery, and inside our handmade centerpieces. Our one area for improvement was that about half of the cream roses that were selected for the groomsmen boutonnieres and the mother of the bride corsages fell apart...even before the ceremony. It was not ideal, but you couldn't really tell in the photos that were taken. Great job, Blume!

If Blume was not a preferred vendor, highly recommended by my venue, I would not have chosen them to do my florals. Kristen was not responsive and did not go out of her way at any point of the planning process to accommodate me or my requests. I reached out to her three months before my wedding asking her when we should plan to meet, and I didn’t hear back. I reached out to my contact at the venue expressing my concern and at that point Kristen responded to me. It was frustrating to have to constantly be the one reaching out to her and progressing the conversation and her excuse is that she’s very busy with weddings and is only available on Monday and Tuesday. She provided little to no guidance and had no inspiration photos no current Instagram posts? or ideas to share so I was literally at a loss at what I was going to receive. Everything I liked was “expensive” and would “cost extra” or be “hard to get.” I also asked if she could create pocket Boutonnières and she basically talked me out of it of course quoting the extra expense, the florals having to be dried, the look not matching my vision…etc. This is the one thing I was hard set on having and she basically refused to accommodate. I expressed to her many times that I did not want roses, but every call she insisted that I have roses and that having carnations instead was “more expensive”, which I found incredibly hard to believe. Overall, I am shocked she’s able to conduct business this way and be a preferred vendor for various venues across the valley. If you have the option to go with another florist, I highly encourage you to do so to avoid the frustration and anxiety I experienced working with her.

If I could give Kristen Mandly 10 stars, I would!!! My husband and I got married at Villa Siena in Gilbert, AZ, and we hired Kristen to do all our floral arrangements for our tables, our bridal party, our cake, our chupah for our ceremony, as well as the little touches. From start to finish, Kristen was beyond outstanding, professional, caring, patient, informative, creative, as well as accommodating. Not only did she have incredible customer service, but the creativity, quality, and beauty of her arrangements were beyond words, truly. So many of our guests commented on how breathtaking our flowers were and that the floral arrangements were the most beautiful flowers they had ever seen at a wedding! Kristen took my inspiration pictures and actually created even more gorgeous arrangements than I could have ever dreamed of. Beyond that, Kristen is understanding, flexible, kind, compassionate, and first rate on all levels! I will definitely hire her for ANY big events in the future in which we need floral arrangements. I not only highly recommend her, but I hope everyone who reads this review will call her and work with her. I guarantee the experience will be incredible!!! :

Efficient, stress-free, and beautiful! My bouquet was more lovely than I had expected! Each of my bridesmaids wore a different color dress that still fit with our burgundy and blush theme and Blume somehow captured each dress color perfectly in our bouquets. The floral centerpieces were the only decor we had since our venue was already super pretty, so it was important they captured our theme, and that is definitely what Blume did! They were also super flexible in terms of meeting with me I live 2 hours away and could only come to town on weekends and giving me ample time and price estimates to decide on some details. I highly recommend working with Blume for your wedding and any event that requires jaw-dropping gorgeous flowers!

I hired Kristen/Blume to do the flowers for my cousin’s bridal shower. They turned out so lovely!! Classic bridal! And Kristen is such a pleasure to work with - thoughtful, positive and professional. I’ve called her many times with orders for various occasions and she always comes through with exactly the right arrangements!

Our wedding flowers were perfect! Kristen is amazing! I had a vision for what I wanted our wedding flowers to look like and she came through! I only had a few pictures and she did such a great job bringing my vision to life. I’m so glad our venue had her down and that she was part of it. Our wedding was a dream come true! Blume events was included as part of our package with our venue. We were not sure what to expect but Kristen was professional and accommodating with all my requests. She even created flower crowns instead of bouquets for my maids of honor. When I saw the flowers on the day of the wedding they surpassed my expectations! The flowers smelled so good and lasted for a week after. I had no idea the flowers would add so much to the pictures and overall energy of the wedding. They will truly be a lasting memory for us! Thank you Blume staff and Kristen!

Blume really outdid themselves for our wedding. The bouquets and boutonnières turned out amazing. Kristen really listened to what we had envisioned and created exactly that even when I emailed with changes.
