I don't like the fact that you have to give a star to post a review. she deserves NO stars at all. I wish I would have read the reviews first. She is misleading on her website and in conversation. I would stay far far away from her. She entered into an agreement with my wife and I to do our house plans. She wanted to paid up front but luckily we held out until the preliminary plans was finished. After the preliminary plans we paid her half of what she quoted for a full set of construction documents. She promised to have completed in 5 days time. Well that was February and now its close to the end of May. Sad thing is, I have everything in writing we agreed to and she signed it. She has made no effort to contact me and will not refund our money. I have had an attorney send her a letter but to no avail. It would cost more to get my $900 back. She knows this too, that is why she keeps doing this to people. She knows that lawyers fees will outweigh what she steals from people. Needless to say, I'm going to file a lien on her house that she has for sale and I will be the thorn in her side for a long long time. I also contacted the BBB which she never did respond to the complaint I filed. I contacted the AIBD, where she claims she is a member, they say she isn't and sent her a letter to remove from her website. She still hasn't done that. She had a GoFundMe page for her sick boyfriend/husband, whatever he is. She is a con artist who cant be trusted.

She did a outstanding job for us and her communication and attention to detail and deadline was second to none. I would recommended her for anyone looking to start a new project.

I would recommended her services to anyone, she did a great job for us and everything was done on time and within our budget.

Ms. Haynes did a wonderful job in designing the house back in December and January 2017. She actually saved us money and she considered the resale value of the property along the way. I'd recommend her a thousand times over.

My experience with Blythe Haynes from beginning to end was full of excuses and unfulfilled promises--calls not returned, an original survey retained despite repeated requests to have it returned, a low value design document that took 10 times longer to receive after full payment was made, and the list goes on and on. Ms. Haynes was clearly experiencing multiple personal problems during our business dealings and should have taken me up on my offer to refund my payment so I could pursue the services of another professional. Instead, she let things drag on with her rationalizations until finally no communications at all. And still she has my original survey. Highly unreliable and unresponsive.
