If. Could give it less than one star I would. I have never been run around and hassled more by a company than this one. I called and spent hours on the phone when th Bank of America trying to get my car registered in a new state. I received 4 different answers from 4 different representatives to get my title information sent to the dmv. I had all my forms completed at the DMV and they had approved for the title to be transferred to them by fax or by mail and your company would not do as the DMV authorized them to send the title. Your company required me to wait 7-10 days to receive a move packet. The move packet was exactly the same forms I had already submitted to the dmv with the same request for the title. This packet could have been emailed of faxed, but the worst part is I didn’t even need it. I already had it from the state website. But your company said the only way for me to get the title to the new state was to wait 7-10 day for this packet to be mailed. This is not 1959!!! With emails, texts and old fashion FAX. I could have had this in minutes to realize I had all this already completed while at the DMV. Please! please! please! send this to customer service to change there policy to email this packet in minutes and not require your customers to wait 7-10 for mail and some don’t even need the packet if they already started working with the state gov. Something has changed. 2 years ago when we moved to California your company was much easier to work with. DMV called you and you sent them a copy of the title. Louisiana OMV was on the phone with your company requesting the title and you gave them the run around.

Horrible customer service. I have been on hold for 2hrs. Apparently, since I have completed my loan years ago, my online account no longer works. All I need is a copy of a record. Of course when I try to get through by selecting a different option, there are operators ready and waiting, but none who can help me. Not even an email address so I could just email a question instead of waiting hours on hold.
