Boar's Head Delicatessen

I have to say I love boars head but the management / customer service is not up to par. Ordered a wrap and found an egg shell. I was not able to eat it. They wanted to charge me half price to replace it. Julian the manager was not helpful at all. Such a shame.

I can't believe this....it's the perfect deli... absolutely perfect....fresh salads pastries sandwiches great coffee freshly squeezed orange juice...this place is what everybody dreams about in the morning....it's a dream come true.... taking the dingy corner new York deli and making it clean and cozy with the highest standards and not loosing the mood of the comfort of the new York corner shop....as a new Yorker visiting Chicago I feel more than right at home.... Experienced appalling service in Tuesday 6/21. Ordered online and never got my food. The restaurant kept serving walk in customers but couldn’t complete mobile orders. I waited for 40min but some people waited for over 1hr. No food, no money back. Horrible mismanagement.
