BOARD 30 LV

I JUST LOVE my Board 30 classes. They're a complete body workout in 30 to 45 minutes. It's sort of addicting. I have always hated exercising, but I really look forward to my board 30 classes now. I'm up to two times a week and thinking about adding a third.

My friends and I took Erin's Board Intro class and loved every minute. The studio and staff made us feel immediately welcome. Instruction during the class was easy to follow and felt challenging but approachable. I loved the stretch at the end of class and wish I lived in the area so I could attend on a regular basis!

The process of online registration was very user friendly! The staff is very welcoming and other students as well are friendly. A quick orientation was given before class on how to use equipment. The class was so much fun! Will definitely be back.

Love this fitness studio! Quick, low impact workouts. My joints loved it. I totally recommend trying it and experiencing it yourself. Group classes are small and intimate. People of all shapes and sizes and conditions and limitations and you know what, it was so welcoming and fun!

Went there a week ago on class pass. It was a fun workout. Perfect for all fitness levels as they really do a good job accommodating specific needs. Also seems like a good recovery workout to get moving again. They are really nice there too. Try it!

Awesome workout! Facility was pristine. Workout was challenging and fun. Instructor Katy was energetic, informative and kept me motivated from start to finish. Anyone looking for an alternative to the hum drum traditional gym experience should give this a try. Best part is it only takes 30 minutes!
