We purchased our new bass boat from Boat City in Hammond March 2018. The customer service and attention to detail was amazing! They were very helpful and patient through our purchase. Jacob was very thorough in providing us with all the info we requested. We had an unexpected delay on our behalf during the purchase process and Jacob was very patient and understanding. Our experience with Boat City was excellent!

I dropped my boat off to have it serviced. The guy didn't look too happy to see me, and told me it would be 3 weeks before they could even think about looking at my boat. I haven't gotten an update on my boat it's been a week and a 1/2 and no call yet.
