I had Bob Hamilton plumbing come out today to reseat a toilet that was rocking, and have a toilet plunger replaced. I felt it was a bit high for services rendered and received a call from Bob Hamilton within the day and we were able to arrive at a fair price for both parties. Bob Hamilton's installing technicians did a great job. The technicians that installed our A/C and furance are Steve and Tyler. Both are very knowledgeable, polite, and professional. They explained the installation process and made sure to protect my carpet with floor coverings and shoe coverings. They entered my home wearing mask, shoe coverings and professional uniforms. Both were very respectful and nice. Thanks Steve and Tyler for all your hard work. Thank you Bob Hamilton for sending them to complete our installations. Also, I have to mention Monica from sales. She worked with us on pricing and made sure our installation was done the next day. I can tell she's a genuine person. We had been without A/C a few days. Derek A was great! He gave us easy instructions on how to get the most out of our system and to take the best care to help it last longer. He told us everything he was doing, and answered all our questions. He was very pleasant, courteous, and customer focused. He worked quickly but wasn't in a rush.
