Bob's Bicycle Shop

4 years ago when we were in the market for a pair of off road bikes Bob's was one of two shops in the area that acted like they even cared about new business. They took time to answer all my questions and let me ride every bike I was interested in. Fortunately I have only had three occasions to need repair but each time the repair was done quickly and at a reasonable cost. I have been in the Eau Gallie shop many times and observed customers treated with nothing short of friendly enthusiasm even if they were not a "regular". Bob's also has a lot of fun events suitable for riders from novice to amazing.

Staff was wonderful! Donated old bike to them ror help to homeless. So happy I went there! Visit Bobs they are really good folks. I will go again soon...😆

I recently purchased an Electra Townie Go! Step-Through from the previous owner. I was not very familiar with the pedal assist bike components. We went to Bobs Bicycle Shop and Ben was very familiar with the bike. He explained the Electra Townie Go! in detail, he made minor riding comfort adjustments and transferred the warranty online into my name with Trek. Love riding the e-bike! Just needed a little pedal assistance with the head winds on long rides to/from Sebastian Inlet. Very comfortable and smooth riding. Great customer service and knowledgeable staff! Thank you Ben!

Took our bike to Bob's. Were told it would be done the next day. Called several times and were told they would be working on it and let us know. Four days later we went back and found out nothing had been done. We waited while they put a tube in the tire. Took a ride several days later and the tube exploded - another flat tire. Will not return to this place! Bob's bicycle shop was very apologetic for our poor service and offered to repair our bicycle. We were already back home, out of state, so they refunded our money. We had our bike repaired when we got home. Looking forward to many more bike rides.

Bought 2 bicycles from Bob's Bicycle Shop, one for me and one for my wife. Customer service was exceptional. Scott spent a lot of time with us, made sure the bicycles we purchased were right for our needs. He had us test ride the bicycles to insure we were comfortable and the bikes fit. When we picked them up he spent a lot of time helping us fully understand all the features and adjusting them for fit and comfort. Highly recommended. They truly understand the meaning of customer service.
