Bob'S VW Parts

Never have been to your place. I’m new here from Southern California. So I was looking forward to checking out the shop this weekend, drove out 45 minutes on back roads from the avenues in Salt Lake. Was planning on it and was really looking forward to it. On Google it was Green “Open” said was open till 5pm ended up showing up finally, was a few mins after 3 and to find out that it was closed. Even the hours on the store says it’s open till five. I ended up calling the shop while I was in the parking lot and on a recorded message said because it’s Saturday we close at three. I really wish you guys would update to let people know what time you close on Saturdays.

Swung by in my 1970 Karmann Ghia. Not sure what the hype is about. Service was despicable. Maybe I'm not part of the good-ole-boys club? I guess there are some cool finds to dig into but no one will acknowledge that you're there or offer to help...even after you say hello yourself. There's no way I'd go back. In response their "response." No, I wasn't greeted, I asked if you were Bob, to which you replied, "no." Didn't even bother looking up from your corner or say hello. Let alone ask if I needed something. Shame your response wasn't more professional. Guess you prove my point even further.

Awesome little shop, very helpful and great advice given. Very passionate about VWs. Has a cool old school vibe. Seems clean and organized as well.

The dude is awesome, he knows exactly what you need just by naming a year. From crankshaft to steering wheel. Wish I got all of my vw parts from this place. I'd recommend to anyone.

Everytime im in the Utah , I make it a point to stop at this vw shop. The person at the counter is very freindly and has always taken care of what im looking for at a reasonable price. This store makes me feel like im still buying parts like I did 40 years ago. A true VW guy,Aloha#LV

Not only do they have competitive pricing but they have amazing staff! Darrell is very knowledgeable and very happy to help! Were rebuilding a buggy and my husband is at Bobs at least once a month and has always had a great experience. Darrell you deserve a chocolate cake! Thanks for all your help!

I just called the shop to get some advice and they were super helpful and knew exactly where to point me. I would absolutely recommend them for parts!

LOVE Bob's VW!! Darrel is always SUPER patient, even when you're not planning on buying anything right then half the time I'm just looking for information. He's generally got a pretty good selection of used parts in addition to all the new stuff, and if he doesn't have it in stock he can get it. He's also super and giving recommendations for services interior work, engine tuning, etc.

Let me tel you about Darrel and how helpful And patient he has been with us as we rebuild and restore our sandrail. My brother and I know mounds more about the Chenowth Rail our grandfather built thanks to Darryl. He has helped us order, find, upgrade and hunt down parts over the past few years. He’s nice, on the phone, in person, and will listen to you explain what you want to do even though you have no idea what you’re talking about. I bet he even answers to the name Bob, just to be kind.
